This statement applies to the use of services and materials of EOA jdoo (hereinafter referred to as: EOA jdoo) by clients of EOA jdoo and employment at EOA jdoo.

Please note that as part of the improvement of our activities in order to improve our services, amendments to this data protection statement may be necessary. In that case, we will inform you about it.

2 What data is collected and transmitted?

The personal data we process are data about you as a client, collected when you place an order and visit EOA jdoo, or when you fill out the Client Consent Statement, data about you as an employee of EOA jdoo based on the Labor Act and other applicable regulations, when you make payments via a bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relationships between you and EOA jdoo, which can be directly or indirectly linked to you. These are the following data: full name and surname, telephone number(s), residential address, e-mail address, date of birth, OIB, bank details in case of payments via bank.

This allows conversion statistics to be created that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to Google's data protection provisions, no personal data is processed. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can prevent the use of your data for this purpose by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via the cookie settings in your web browser.

4 Conversion measurement using Facebook visitor activity tracking pixels

The website uses a “Visitor Activity Tracking Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This is a “cookie”, i.e. a small text file that is stored on your computer and can be downloaded from your computer. It can be used to track the activities of users after they have seen or clicked on an advertisement on Facebook. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements to be measured for statistical evaluation and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous for us, i.e. it cannot be linked to the identity of the user. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook so that it can be linked to the user profile in question and Facebook can use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Protection Statement (https://www HYPERLINK “http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/)”.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can enable Facebook and its partners to advertise on and off Facebook. For this purpose, a “cookie” will be stored on your computer. 5 Sharing

Our website has integrated fields for sharing on the social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. In addition, a field for sharing via e-mail can be integrated. You can recognize sharing fields by their logo.

Only when you click on the respective “share field” on our website (and only then) is a direct connection established between your browser and the server of the operator of the respective social network. According to the operators of the social networks mentioned, no personal data is collected by the social networks without clicking on the respective share field. This data, including the IP address, is only collected and processed for persons logged in to the respective social networks. If you do not want your visit to our website to be linked to your social network account, please log out of your social network account.

6 Data usage

We use your personal data in full compliance with legal provisions.

The personal data that you provide to us when you place an order and arrive at EOA jdoo, when you complete the Client Consent Statement, when you make payments via bank transfer or when establishing and executing contractual relationships between you and EOA jdoo, will be collected and processed solely within the framework of fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, data on employees that EOA jdoo is obliged to collect under the Labor Act) or contractual obligations to you based on your consent.

After you have given us your explicit consent, we will use your data for the delivery of materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including congratulating you on your birthday, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about EOA jdoo's offer of services, discounts, novelties, workshops, trainings, promotions, and for the purpose of promoting EOA jdoo

7 Security and data transfer

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via e-mail, the security of data during transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of technology.

The client data specified in the Client Consent Statement are kept on the original of the said statement and in electronic form. The originals of the said statements are stored in a cabinet with access protected by a key, and access to the list of EOA jdoo clients and the client data from the statement stored in electronic form is protected by a password. The retention period of the said data is two years from the date of the client's last interaction with EOA jdoo

Original client consent statements are mechanically destroyed two years after the date of the client's last interaction with EOA jdoo.

The director of EOA jdoo as the responsible person and the employees of EOA jdoo have access to the list of client data and the client's Declarations of Consent, since such access is necessary for the performance of EOA jdoo's obligations and services to the relevant clients, and is regulated in accordance with applicable legislation. Each client has the right to access the personal data contained in the list of EOA jdoo's clients and which are processed about them (for example, in the list of service users).

Personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment via bank transfer is collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, with access protected by a password. The director of EOA jdoo has access to the said data. The retention period of the said data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, especially accounting regulations.

Personal data collected is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Client data specified in the Client Consent Statement collected for the purpose of sending notifications about EOA jdoo services and its promotion is kept until the client withdraws consent, and at the latest until the expiration of two years from the date of the client's last interaction with EOA jdoo.

Responsible persons and employees of EOA jdoo who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by EOA jdoo are obliged to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and act in accordance with applicable legislation and EOA jdoo rules by signing the Confidentiality Statement.

Your personal data may be forwarded/shared with certain contractual partners of EOA jdoo, if EOA jdoo decides to engage them.

Namely, we may engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (for example, accounting services) and services, communicate with members, manage our online presence and access, fulfill some of the purposes stated in this Statement. Your personal data will be forwarded to the contractual partner EOA jdoo if they are necessary for the performance of a specific service related to you. We will carefully select the aforementioned contractual partners in order to ensure lawful and secure data processing. Furthermore, the aforementioned contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data only for specific purposes in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with Croatian legal provisions on personal data protection. The use of data by contractual partners for any other purposes is excluded.

We will not pass on your personal data to other persons other than the contractual partners listed above, unless you have given your consent to do so.

Given the nature, scope, purpose of collection, use and processing of personal data by EOA jdoo, including the fact that the collection, use and processing is not on a large scale, nor are special categories of personal data collected, i.e. EOA jdoo and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a personal data protection officer, EOA jdoo has not appointed such an officer.

8 Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact

By signing the Client Consent Statement or by using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the aforementioned Client Consent Statement and this Data Protection Statement.

At the same time, in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and the rights it gives you as the owner of personal data, with which EOA jdoo has informed you, you also have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time, with effect for the future, without giving reasons; as well as the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The withdrawal of consent is made in writing (by letter or e-mail) to the following publicly available address of the headquarters; EOA jdoo, Ulica Jurja Križanića 54, Varaždin, or info@lalingua.euSuch withdrawal will prevent future use of your personal data by EOA jdoo.
