Module 1: Greetings, introductions and the verb “sein”
In this lesson, you will learn basic greetings and expressions of introduction, personal pronouns (ich, du, er, sie…) and the verb sein (to be) in the present tense.

Module 2: Days, months, dates and basic grammar
In this lesson, you will learn how to count, name dates, days of the week, and months of the year. You will also learn parts of the day, basic time orientation, and grammar related to articles (der/die/das) and plural nouns.

Module 3: Family and professions
In this lesson, we learn how to describe family members, talk about occupations, use the verb haben and regular verbs in the present tense, and express belonging using the genitive (e.g. Peters Vater).

Module 4: Food and drink
In this lesson, we learn the basic words for food and drink, how to use the verb möchten to order in a restaurant, and how to distinguish ein/eine and plural in everyday situations.

Module 5: Apartment and furniture
In this lesson, we learn how to name rooms and furniture, say where something is using the expression es gibt, and use prepositions of place with the accusative case.

Module 6: Leisure and hobbies
In this lesson, we learn how to talk about hobbies, use common verbs in this context, and express what we like or dislike doing, including stem-changing verbs.

Module 7: Weather and Clothing
In this lesson, we learn how to describe weather conditions and seasons, name and describe clothing, and correctly use adjectives with nouns in the nominative case.

Module 8: At the restaurant
In this lesson, we learn how to order food and drinks, use basic expressions for shopping and prices, ask simple questions and use the accusative singular and interrogative expressions such as was, wie viel and möchten Sie...?.

Module 9: Getting Around the City and Transportation
In this lesson, we learn how to ask for and give directions around the city, talk about means of transportation, and use prepositions of movement such as nach, in, and zu. We will also learn how to form simple commands in the imperative.

Module 10: Doctor's Office and Health
In this module we learn vocabulary for body parts and expressing health problems. We will learn how to describe symptoms, express pain and make an appointment with the doctor. We also introduce the verb tun and linking sentences with weil (because).

Module 11: Personal data and forms
In this lesson, we learn how to state and understand basic personal information, fill out a form, use question words, and ask and answer questions correctly.

Module 12: Verbs in the present tense
In this lesson, we learn how to conjugate regular and irregular verbs in the present tense, recognize separable verbs, and use the verbs sein and haben correctly.

Module 13: Pronouns in everyday communication
In this module we learn how to correctly use personal pronouns (ich, du, er…) and possessive pronouns (mein, dein…) in sentences. The focus is on the distinction and application in the nominative and accusative cases through practical examples from everyday communication.

Module 14: Colors, members and negation
In this module we learn the basic colors in German, how to distinguish definite (der/die/das) and indefinite (ein/eine) articles, and how to use negation with "kein/keine" in sentences. The focus is on practical use in everyday situations.

Module 15: Clothing and Adjectives
In this module we learn vocabulary related to clothing items, and how to use colors and adjectives with nouns. The focus is on correct gender and adjective agreement in the nominative case, through simple sentences and descriptions.

Module 16: Nature and Environment
In this module, we learn basic vocabulary related to nature and the environment. We learn how to say that something exists using the expressions es gibt, da ist and da sind, and how to correctly use the plural and prepositions with the dative in the context of describing space.

Module 17: Daily activities and frequency
In this lesson, we learn how to describe daily routines, use third-person singular verbs, and correctly use adverbs of frequency such as immer, manchmal, and nie.

Module 18: Negation, questions and the imperative
In this lesson, we learn how to negate sentences using nicht and kein, how to ask basic questions, and use the imperative in everyday situations.

Module 19: Adverbs of time and place
In the nineteenth module, we learn how to use adverbs of time and place, correctly arrange word order in a sentence, and how to clearly express where, when, and what is happening.

Module 20: Final review and test preparation
In this final lesson, we will review key topics and vocabulary, practice through typical situations, and prepare for the final test that includes listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

German A1 Level – Final Exam
This final exam is designed to assess your knowledge of German at the A1 level. The exam consists of three key parts: Hören (Listening with Comprehension): Listen carefully to short audio recordings and demonstrate your understanding of basic information, short dialogues and simple instructions. Lesen (Reading with Comprehension): Read simple texts (e.g. short advertisements, emails, descriptions) and answer questions to demonstrate your understanding of the main idea and specific details. Schreiben (Writing an Essay/Text): Write a short text or essay on a given topic, using the vocabulary and grammar learned at the A1 level. The aim is to demonstrate your ability to formulate simple sentences and short messages.
